"I wish I'd done this sooner"
The decision to have a stairlift installed is not usually taken overnight. It is only natural for people to delay that kind of decision: 'I can still manage can't I? I'm not old or disabled, am I?'
In retrospect however, many customers tell a different story. Often along the lines of: 'I wish I'd had my stairlift installed sooner', clearly enjoying the convenience and comfort of a stairlift. Proof to us that a stairlift is also a good option as a preventive measure. At a stage when someone can still (just) manage to use the stairs but no longer without difficulty, for instance.
Practical & sensible
The cliché 'prevention is better than cure' also applies to a stairlift. If stairs are becoming a problem then a stairlift is a practical and sensible solution. It ensures people don't overdo things. Not to mention preventing the risk and consequences of falling.
