Every stairlift of Handicare Stairlifts is custom made; it will be made especially for your stairs. That is why our adviser comes to your home to discuss all aspects relevant to your situation, and of course to accurately measure your staircase. He will then discuss with you the various possibilities regarding the types of seat, colours and other options. Once your requirements have been established, we will send you a quotation.

Delivery time of your stairlift
Your stairlift will go into production as soon as we have received your order. The delivery time for a curved stairlift is approximately 5-7 weeks, and for straight stairlifts, approximately 2-3 weeks. Shorter delivery times are possible in urgent cases.

Installation of your stairlift

Once the stairlift is ready it will be professionally installed in your home, which will take no longer than half a day, including a clear demonstration of how to use it. Your stairlift will be ready to use immediately and your stairs will of course be clean upon completion.
